PDS provides expertise in electrical systems and infrastructure, equipment selection, and utility services. Our multidisciplinary team offers tailor-made solutions across the utility, from substations, distribution and transmission systems, generation, and tangential applications.

Meet Our Team

Our professional team of experts is committed to upholding the highest standards of industry practice and the manufacturers we represent. We pride ourselves on open and honest communication with our customers and partners and are dedicated to excellence in sales and unwavering integrity.

Courtney is President and owner of Power Delivery Services, Inc. As President, she leads the overall strategic direction and operations of the company. Additionally, she provides professional consulting and engineering support for a variety of utility projects. Prior to PDS, she spent over a decade in public power. Her experience includes electric utility operations, strategy, procurement, renewable energy project development, operations analysis, and consulting. Courtney is a registered Professional Engineer and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering & Spanish from Iowa State University and an MBA from Creighton University.

Deanna, co-founder, serves as Executive Advisor of Power Delivery Services, Inc. Deanna has provided strategic leadership, oversight of operations, and supported a variety of roles since its formation in 1995. Prior to launching PDS, Deanna spent 17 years with AAA Nebraska, where she drove membership growth strategy, finance, and corporate marketing initiatives. Deanna attended University of Nebraska Omaha.

Jeff has been part of the Power Delivery Services team since 1997. As Sales Manager, Jeff is focused on outside sales across the PDS territory, which includes developing and maintaining customer relationships, understanding specifications and applications of PDS’s products, proposal generation support, and supporting both contract negotiation and execution. Prior to joining PDS, he spent 10 years in a variety of roles – construction, purchasing, customer service – with a national electrical distributor. Jeff has a BS Degree in Business from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.

Tico began her career with Power Delivery Services in June of 2004. As Inside Sales & Support, she plays a vital role in supporting our customers’ needs. Tico provides inside sales support by coordinating with factories for timely delivery and assisting with customer inquiries. Additionally, she provides administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the company. Tico’s experiences prior to PDS include human resources and executive administration.
